Industrial Charm Right on the Banks of the Lielupe River

Piecu Plusu Rezidence ČILS is located directly on the banks of the Lielupe River. Here, everyone can find their own plus. For some, it is the atmosphere and nature; for others, urban art, the location, or the waters of the Lielupe.

The building boasts an industrial charm that blends seamlessly with the river and surrounding nature. When the glass doors are opened, the hall extends onto a spacious terrace and pontoon pier. The venue is bright, slightly rugged, and free from unnecessary details. Original murals on the exterior walls create an airy and distinctive atmosphere.

For guests’ convenience, we have installed a permanent sound and lighting system and even the largest disco ball in Kalnciems Parish!

Next to the main building, there are four exotic industrial-style camping capsules. They are constructed from concrete rings and feature large glazed walls that offer stunning views of the river.

The event hall measures 70 m². It can accommodate approximately 35–40 guests seated at tables, up to 56 guests in a theatre-style setup, and during the summer season, the terrace allows for hosting a significantly larger number of visitors.

Additional activities: boats, SUP boards, a pedal boat, and a garden gazebo.
