Space Education Center

The Space Education Center in Cēsis offers more than just event spaces — we create an environment that inspires, surprises, and elevates your event to a truly cosmic level. Our seminar and exhibition halls are part of an experience that leaves a lasting impression on both you and your guests.

Seminar Rooms – flexible, modern, and perfectly suited for interactive sessions. Each room is designed to adapt to events of various scales — from small working groups to large conference sessions.

• Small – 44 m² (up to 24 participants)

• Medium – 88 m² (up to 77 participants)

• Large – 132 m² (up to 123 participants)

All meeting rooms feature wireless internet (WiFi), an 80-inch TV screen (1.93 m diagonal), a projector with up to 4.5 m projection width, a microphone on a stand, a 360° microphone, a loudspeaker system, as well as glass and mobile whiteboards.
Seating and table layouts can be adjusted as needed. This basic equipment is included in the rental price. Catering services (coffee, snacks, lunch) are available upon request.

The 3rd-floor exhibition area is the heart of our hospitality — a spacious hall with high ceilings and an impressive space-themed atmosphere. The venue allows for the installation of a stage, lighting, and video projection, creating an environment that challenges convention and inspires broader thinking. Seminar rooms can be used as additional breakout areas or for group work, while for special occasions, the entire building can be rented - combining the 3rd-floor conference zone, seminar rooms, exhibition spaces, and outdoor areas into one unified and versatile event environment.

For every event, we prepare an individual proposal, taking into account its duration, chosen room combination, technical requirements, and catering volume. We always ensure a clear and transparent quotation with a detailed cost breakdown, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Prices start from €40/hour (VAT included).
