The first-floor hall, combined with the balcony, spans 314 m2 and features 7 m high ceilings. The large windows bring in natural light, creating a sense of spaciousness. During events, it is possible to temporarily close the small street between VEF Chamber Hall | Spīdola and the oposite building.
