Tower Hall is located under the Palace tower, on the 2nd floor of the Palace. The decorative elements are old wooden beams and high ceilings. Exhibitions of the artwork of Latvian artists are organised there. The hall is located on the 2nd floor of the Palace.

A standard set-up includes a stationary screen. The size and layout of the hall is very suitable for organising seminars for up to 40 people.
